Vacancy: Radisson Blu seeks Full-time Food and Drink Duty Manager

The award-winning Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny has an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Food and Drink Duty Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operation of all Service Areas in the hotel
  • Have full knowledge of the hotel and all its departments
  • Ensure the Food & Beverage Outlets are run in a smooth and efficient, ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is maximised.
  • To ensure an organised order of work is in place in all Food & Beverage outlets and that appropriate service systems are in use
  • To ensure that all rosters are checked on a daily basis thus maintaining adequate cover in line with business levels
  • To maximise revenue through the encouragement of up selling and cross selling.
  • To manage F&B costs on a weekly basis in all areas, thus ensuring they are in line with budget
